This page covers both the full strike history (Head of Studies / Deputy Head of Studies / Director) and the escalation emails coexistence coordinators receive.
Required role: Head of Studies / Deputy Head of Studies / Director / Coexistence coordinator
If you hold the Coexistence role, Convivencia → Strikes shows every strike issued centre-wide, regardless of which teacher issued it or which branch the student belongs to — coexistence access is transversal, not scoped by department.
Head of Studies, Deputy Head of Studies and Director see strikes according to the same rules as teachers/tutors (their own issued strikes and their tutees’), unless they also hold the Coexistence role.
From a student’s own form, a Strikes button appears in the header showing their accumulated count.
Every time a student’s cumulative strike count is a multiple of the configured threshold (3, 6, 9… by default), an email is sent automatically to the coexistence coordinator(s) who share the same ascendant Head of Studies / Deputy Head of Studies as the teacher who issued that strike — so the notification always reaches the coordinator responsible for that student’s branch.
The email includes the student, the total strike count, the latest reason and the issuing teacher, so you have everything needed to decide whether to intervene.
The threshold (how many strikes trigger an escalation email) is configured by an Administrator under Settings → EMS Management → “Strikes Settings”. See the Administrator manual.
